簡介
薛霞霞博士自小信主，於中學時期蒙召，從此積極參與校園的學生事工；2005年在北京完成碩士課程，同年進入中國神學研究院修讀神學，期間清楚知道上帝呼召她投身神學教育，參與培育傳道人的事奉；2009年赴加拿大深造，主修新約研究；2014年學成回港，正式加入中國神學研究院教授團；現在亦在大埔浸信會擔任義務傳道一職。
在香港與加拿大修讀神學期間，薛博士積極投入當地教會的服侍。在香港的那幾年，參與九龍城浸信會普通話崇拜部的事工，服侍主要來自中國內地的大學生。在加拿大深造期間，薛博士在海明頓華人宣教會的普通話教會服侍，教授成人主日學的聖經導讀等課程。
薛博士深受眾多聖經人物的生命故事所觸動，對他們在特定的歷史時空下所經歷的掙扎，所感受的困惑和悲苦，別有體會。在人性深處，究竟他們是怎樣跟上帝相遇的？他們又是如何面對自己、面對他人、面對上帝的？薛博士深信，在神的話語裡沉澱扎根、思考反省而來的牧養服侍，其基礎必然更為穩固。
